Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.
For all other (non-discounted) purchases, we offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at houseofpreetimehta@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Reverse Pick-ups

Non-Returnable Items

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If we receive the product later than 10 days, we will deduct 12% GST as per government rules.

Returns Due to Damage or Defect
In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged product, our return process is simple:

Ensure the product is unworn, unused, and has the original tags and invoice intact.

Ship the item back to us within 5 days of receipt at the address below.

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit note for the value of the product.

Important Notes:

If the product reaches us after 10 days, a 12% GST deduction will be applied as per government regulations.

International Orders
